Green medicine is not simply a theory.
It is a story—a story told through leaves and roots, sun and soil.
It is nature’s way of reminding us that we are loved, not just as consumers or patients, but as living beings who are meant to coexist.
If that love had a color, I would call it green. And if the forest is a gift box, then its contents are gratitude, sharing, and harmony.

We are told that success in modern life means speed. But direction matters more than velocity. When in doubt, perhaps it is wiser to pause, to retrace our steps, and to listen again—this time to the voice of nature.
I’m sharing something I’ve got, which can serve as a quiet companion on that journey back to yourself.
